4.3 Your Responsibilities: You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents you upload and the data they contain. We are not responsible for any errors in the original documents or the results of the conversion.

5.1 Pricing: We offer both free and paid subscription plans. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

5.2 Billing: For paid subscriptions, we use third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate billing information.

5.3 Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. To request a refund, please contact our support team.

All content and materials available on BankStatementExport.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are our property or the property of our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BankStatementExport.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services
